The spacious lobbies welcome all who walk through the doors of our communities with comfortable sitting areas and an inviting fireplace. Our communities are purpose-built with seniors in mind to include handrails in each hallway, call buttons in each apartment to alert staff, and open floor plans to provide accommodation for assisted devices. Several floor plan choices are offered to suit the personal preference of our residents. We have oversized studios apartments for Independent and Assisted Living residents. Each unit is equipped with a kitchenette with wood cabinets, a full-size refrigerator, beautiful counter tops and a small sink. Double doors welcome residents to a private patio and a spacious bathroom makes for easy access to a walk-in shower. The bathrooms have storage space, grab bars for safety, and an emergency call button conveniently located for residents to utilize.
The well-lighted bathrooms offer a walk-in shower with plenty of grab bars for safety. There is easy access to the spacious vanity with a medicine cabinet and built-in shelving for storage. In the event a resident were to fall, an alert is immediately sent to the staff so residents can receive immediate attention.
Our Farmington location includes multiple outdoor amenities including: a fire pit, koi pond, putting green, oversized outdoor chess set, covered bowery and outdoor kitchen, playground for the grandchildren and many more surprises. A walking pathway encircles our community for those who like to go on walks.
Come and see our elegant Private Dining Room! This attractive room is perfect for hosting friends and family. The Private Dining Room is located near our kitchen where chef prepared meals can be scheduled, or you are welcome to bring your own cuisine. In addition to living rooms in your apartment, we also have an open space living room outfitted with large screen TV, plenty of comfortable seating, and lots of light. Chess? Backgammon? Bridge or Canasta? You’ve got it. The living room features oversized bookcases and tables for cards, board games, puzzles, or simply a great place to read the daily newspaper.
Our restaurant style dining room is definitely one of our most central locations! Come and enjoy three nutritious and delicious chef-prepared meals each day. We also offer several alternate choices in consideration of food preferences and special diets. We all know that tasty food and a well-balanced diet is of great importance for healthy and happy living. Let our culinary team prepare and serve you each meal! (They clean up and do the dishes as well!) Mealtimes are great opportunities for socializing and visiting with friends.
